LAZIO AT ALBA

Rome background shows Lazio at Alba specials

In Lazio, food is deeply connected to place, tradition and everyday life. From the bustling streets of Rome to the countryside beyond, the region’s cooking is built around simplicity — honest ingredients, bold flavours and recipes passed down through generations.

At the heart of Roman cuisine is the idea that great food doesn’t need to be complicated. Lazio’s food culture grew from humble ingredients, rural traditions and the generosity of the Roman table, creating some of Italy’s most recognisable flavours.

This September, we are taking you on a journey through Lazio with a special menu inspired by the food traditions of Rome and central Italy.

For one month only, come experience our take on traditional Italian food from Lazio, made in the Alba kitchen and served in the heart of Newtown.
