Our Menu
At Alba we cook the food of Southern Italy the way it is cooked at home: recipes from Puglia, Sicily, Campania and Calabria, made from scratch in our kitchen on King Street, Newtown. Our pasta is homemade, our lamb ragù cooks for 12 hours, and almost everything on the table, from sauces to bread, is made in-house. There is only one rule: put it in the middle and share. Every pasta dish is also available gluten-free, and you will find vegan and vegetarian dishes in every section.
