In Italy, Easter is one of those days when the whole family gets together: cousins, uncles, Nonna, everyone around the same table.

The table gets bigger, chairs appear from everywhere, and the kitchen starts early in the morning.

Lasagna in the oven.
Lamb slowly roasting with garlic and rosemary.
Someone frying something while another pours the first glass of wine.

That’s the feeling we’re bringing to Alba this Easter.

Join us for a 4-course Easter long lunch, built around the dishes many of us grew up eating on this day — or order à la carte and build your own feast at the table.

Our special Easter set menu is available exclusively with online reservations, so be sure to book ahead if you’d like the full Easter experience.

Poached egg coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried, purple potato purée and sautéed asparagus.

Lasagna della Domenica
Classic baked lasagna with slow-cooked bolognese ragù, béchamel and parmesan.

MAIN

Agnello Arrosto della Nonna
Slow-roasted lamb with garlic and rosemary, served with crispy roasted potatoes.

DESSERT

Pastiera di Pasqua
Traditional Neapolitan ricotta and wheat tart scented with orange blossom.
