This April, we're taking you to Sicily, no passport needed.

Our chefs have crafted four limited-edition dishes inspired by the bold flavours, sun-drenched ingredients and timeless traditions of the island. Every bite is a trip to Palermo, Catania and beyond.

SICILY INSPIRED MENU

ANTIPASTO

Classic Sicilian vegetable caponata with eggplant, capsicum and capers.

Sicilian Caponata

Sweet and sour eggplant stew with capsicum, olives and capers, slow-cooked the traditional way. Served with house-made crostini.

PRIMO

Bucatini pasta with sardines, fennel, pine nuts and currants with breadcrumbs on a plate

Pasta con le Sarde

Fresh sardines tossed with bucatini, wild fennel, pine nuts and currants, topped with crispy herb breadcrumbs.

SECONDO

Otoro tuna belly served with red onions

Tunnina

Otoro tuna belly,pan-fried and paired with sweet red onion. Finished with balsamic glaze.

DESSERT

Cannolo, sheep ricotta and dark chocolate

Deconstructed Cannolo

Crispy cannolo shells, Sicilian sheep's milk ricotta, topped with dark chocolate chips.
