Sweet and sour eggplant stew with capsicum, olives and capers, slow-cooked the traditional way. Served with house-made crostini.
PRIMO
Pasta con le Sarde
Fresh sardines tossed with bucatini, wild fennel, pine nuts and currants, topped with crispy herb breadcrumbs.
SECONDO
Tunnina
Otoro tuna belly,pan-fried and paired with sweet red onion. Finished with balsamic glaze.
DESSERT
Deconstructed Cannolo
Crispy cannolo shells, Sicilian sheep's milk ricotta, topped with dark chocolate chips.
