PRIMO

Fregola con Vongole

Toasted Sardinian pearl pasta with fresh clams and sun-dried tomatoes. Sardinia's answer to risotto.

SECONDO

Spezzatino di Maiale

Slow-braised pork with potatoes, carrots and bay leaf. A shepherd's dish.

DESSERT

Ricotta di Pecora

Sardinian sheep's milk ricotta with a citrus and toasted almond crumble. The perfect finish.
