Alba Lottery
• Entry to the Alba Lottery is free and open to guests who complete the QR entry form during their visit at Alba Restaurant.
• Participants must be 18 years or older to enter. Employees of Alba Restaurant and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• One entry per person per visit unless otherwise specified.
• The promotion is conducted by Alba Restaurant, Newtown NSW, Australia.
• The prize draw will take place within 7 days after the end of each calendar month. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during that month.
• The winner will be contacted via email from info@albarestaurant.com.au using the contact details provided in the entry form.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Alba Restaurant reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• The monthly prize includes:
– One $120 dining voucher for Alba Restaurant
– One bottle of selected wine (Etna Bianco or Etna Rosso)
– One complimentary dessert
• The $120 voucher is redeemable within 30 days from the date the winner receives the notification email.
• The voucher may be used across multiple visits, provided the full value is redeemed within the 30-day validity period.
• The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.
• Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The homemade liqueur participation bonus is available only during the visit in which the QR form is completed and must be shown to staff before the end of the meal.
• Alba Restaurant reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify incomplete, fraudulent or duplicate submissions.
• By entering the lottery, participants agree to receive occasional marketing communications from Alba Restaurant. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
• Alba Restaurant reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
